Our vibe

We are a collective of counsellors, coaches, and group facilitators specialising in mental health care for individuals within the queer, gender-diverse, alternative lifestyles, and neurodivergent communities, as well as those navigating diverse relationship and family structures. Our services include talking and somatic therapy, coaching, group work and more. Connect with a therapist who aligns with your needs and is available for both online and in-person sessions.

Our practice space has been designed to sooth your nervous system as you enter. Soft lighting, aromatherapy, comfortable seating, art, and a queer, body-, and sex-positive library. Whether in real life or on a video conferencing platform, the setting is created to ensure your privacy, safety, and comfort.

AltSpace Therpies space is located in the luscious hinterland town of Nambour on the Sunshine Coast.
